Saturday by appointment. Delivery is available.

All prices listed or quoted are F.O.B. our nursery and subject to change. Unless credit has been approved, all sales are on a cash basis. For those with established credit our terms are as follows: Payment for material is due 15 days after date of delivery or pickup. All bills not paid within 15 days of invoice will be subject to a charge of 1.5%. per month on unpaid balance. If account is placed for collection, future terms will be cash only. Buyer agrees to pay reasonable collection fees and/or legal fees incurred at collection. Now excepting credit card payments!

We make every effort to produce fine quality, true to name stock. 3am Growers however, gives no warranty, expressed or implied, to the productivity, salability, or livability of the nursery stock we sell. Liability in any and all cases is subject to the purchase price.

Certain items ordered during summer months are subject to special care charges. Shortages and damages must be claimed at the time of delivery and noted in detail on our delivery document. We will not consider a claim unless made in writing within 10 days of receipt of shipment.
